Guests are free to use the entire home and the outdoor space. 2 bed rooms with heavenly king beds-both with ensuite full baths. There are plenty of parking spaces that are unassigned. Please no more than 3 vehicles.

We understand that a lot of our guests are here to celebrate special occasions. The town of Mt Pleasant highly regulates Airbnbs. No parties or large gatherings. NO scotch tape on the walls or ceilings (it pulls off the paint). We just repainted the ceiling due to tape damage. Any paint damage will be charged to the guests. Our cleaners take pictures after each check out. Please no confetti, glitter, gender reveal smoke, chalk in the house. There will be an additional cleaning charge if used in the house. No underage drinking. Minimum rental age is 21 years old. No excessive noise. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm til 8am as per Mt. Pleasant Noise Ordinance. Pet fee required if bringing pets. Flat fee $40 per pet. Must clean up after pets. Guests responsible for any damage caused by pet including any urination or pet dropping in the house. If pet tends to have accidents then please crate when left alone. No excessive barking. No smoking or vaping allow indoors. Please enjoy your stay at our house responsibly. Thanks

We allow maximum of 6 guests. There are 2 king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms upstairs and a queen pull out sofa in the living room . The townhouse has 3 large smart TVs. The TV in the living room has an HD antennae that provides at least 50 stations. Please bring any login information you need to log in to your streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, Prime video etc). We require a $40 per pet. A second pet is possible with prior approval. It will be due upon check in and paid separately. Or I can request via the Airbnb app after you check in.
