Private use of the entire home for up to 8 guests and your pup is welcome! Recently added a 3rd bathroom, which is one of 2 ensuite bathrooms with a shower. There are four 55 inch smart TVs, high speed WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen and full sized washer and dryer. Say what-just like home! The backyard is a mix of natural grass, new artificial turf, a patio, grill, fire pit, corn hole and a dining table. We have driveway parking for 2 cars and street parking for 2 cars for a maximum of 4 vehicles.

We understand that a lot of our guests are here to celebrate special occasions. The town of Mt Pleasant highly regulates Airbnbs. No parties or large gatherings. No scotch tape on the walls or ceilings (it pulls off the paint). Please no confetti, gender reveal smoke, chalk in the house. There will be an additional cleaning charge if used in the house. No underage drinking. Minimum rental age is 21 years old. No excessive noise. Pet fee required if bringing pets. Flat fee $40 per pet. Must clean up after pets. Guests responsible for any damage caused by pet including any urination or pet dropping in the house. If pet tends to have accidents then please crate when left alone. No excessive barking. No smoking or vaping allow indoors. Please enjoy your stay at our house responsibly. Thanks

There is a $40 pet fee for each pet-multiple pets require pre approval. The pet fee does not cover cleaning up the yard or damage your pet causes. There are beach chairs, beach toys and a cornhole game in the backyard shed for your use.
