Welcome to our fully renovated 3 bd, 2-bath home in the Park Circle neighborhood! Updated in 2023, this stylish retreat features a spacious, private fenced backyard with a grill and patio dining- perfect for relaxing. Just blocks from vibrant dining, shops, and activity park, and less than 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston, this is the perfect base for your Lowcountry adventure! Good to know
The house is a single level ranch home. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower/tub and the second bathroom is an en-suite with shower. There are 2 king beds and one queen. We have a porch off the side of the house as well as a fully fenced backyard, with a table for 6 and grill under a sun shaded canopy. We are pet friendly with some guidelines and have a $50 pet fee.
House Rules
No smoking or vaping in residence. No parties or large gatherings. Clean up after pets and prevent excessive barking. The pet fee is $50 per dog. Maximum of 2 pets unless approved by host. Only painters tape on walls to hang decorations. Repairs to paint pulled off will be assessed to the guest for reimbursement.

There are bikes, beach chairs, and beach toys available for your use. They are in the backyard shed.

Neighborhood
Park Circle is a great place to walk and explore! The residential area is a lively mix of historic, mid-century, and new homes interwoven with many green spaces and parks, making it highly walkable and inviting. Park Circle at East Montague has a growing collection of local businesses to explore - great restaurants, bars, and shops. Inside the Circle, there is an awesome newly constructed playground. Also, a full frisbee golf course is there as well. Just a few blocks from the house- walkable or plenty of parking. Shopping, concerts and Top Golf are nearby at Tanger Outlet Mall. If you care to venture out a bit further, you'll find that it's an easy drive to downtown Charleston, the beaches, and the airport.

Convenient location! You have to check out the many East Montague eateries and breweries just off of the Circle. It’s a short drive from the house but it’s also walkable or use the bikes provided (in the backyard shed). .The code for the locks is 20200. We are approximately 10 miles from downtown Charleston and the historic district. Uber and Lyft rides are readily available. The Charleston Airport is approximately 5-10 mins away. We have parking for 3 cars in the driveway.
